  • 3 garlic cloves minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Spice Mix

  • two tsp salt
  • i tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ane tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • i/2 tsp cumin
  • ane/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/ii tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Garnish: fresh cilantro

    Curry Paste

    • Turn the pressure level cooker into sauté mode. Add oil, chopped onions, garlic, spices, table salt and pepper. Cook until onions go soft and gilt, for about 3 minutes. And then stir in the love apple passata, brown saccharide and bring to a boil. Pour the mixture into the food processor and blend all into a paste. Set aside.
